Our Story

Jerry Register was born and raised in our community of Lake City, FL.  After going to college, he returned to the community with his beautiful wife, Pam.  Here they have made a home and raised their family, while  serving the community with a high quality chiropractic office from 1992-2018.  Upon retirement in 2018, they renovated the office and gave life to their dream of having a sophisticated, classy salon and spa suite at Forty 7 South.
